The 24-hour guarantee applies only to eligible QuickFix services and does not apply to complex or custom projects.
4. Client Responsibilities

- Accurate project information
Delays in providing access or information may affect timelines.
5. Payments
Payment may be required before work begins.
All pricing is quoted based on issue complexity and service requirements.
Additional requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.
6. Refund Policy
Because services involve time, troubleshooting, and technical work, completed work is generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered in situations where Webtance cannot deliver agreed services.
Refund decisions remain at our discretion.
7. Website Backups
While Webtance takes reasonable precautions, clients are strongly encouraged to maintain backups before work begins.
Webtance is not responsible for existing website issues, server failures, third-party conflicts, or unforeseen technical problems.
